Das Ostseebad liegt am Eingang zur Halbinselkette Fischland Darß- Zingst. Dierhagen ist eingebettet in besonders reizvoller Lage zwischen Ostsee und dem Saaler Bodden. Die alten Ortsteile Dierhagen Dorf und Dändorf sind am Binnengewässer Bodden gelegen, doch die Siedlungen Neuhaus, Dierhagen Strand und Dierhagen Ost entstanden direkt an den Dünen der Ostsee.

Das Haus gehört zu den ältesten Gebäuden von Dierhagen Strand. Bereits seit 1929, also der Zeit, der bereits vor 50 Jahren etablierten Bäderkultur auf der Halbinsel und kurz nach der Straßen baulichen Anbindung von Wustrow an das Festland, wurde das Haus im klassischen Bäderstil gebaut. Das großzügige 2-Raum-Appartement mit großem Garten wurde 2015 vollständig und aufwändig modernisiert und renoviert . Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss eines 2 - Appartment - Hauses. In dem Wohnbereich befindet sich ein LCD-TV, Blue Ray - Player, Radio sowie eine gemütliche Couch, welche auch als weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen genutzt werden kann. Die offene Küche ist mit Kühl/Gefrierschrank, Ceranherd mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. In einem weiteren Raum finden Sie einen weiteren Essplatz für 4 Personen. Das modern eingerichtete Tageslichtbad verfügt über eine große Dusche.

Im Garten können Sie den Tag genießen und sich entspannen. Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen natürlich Terrassenmöbel und Grill. Zugehörig zu dem Haus sind zwei PKW - Stellplätze.
